All of our dishes are designed and prepared by chef Robert McLaughlin and his staff. We use only the finest ingredients, prepared and served with the utmost care. With over 6000 hours of food preparation Robert has been awarded the Red Seal Chefs certification.
Bringing you special meals for more then a quarter century, we look forward to making your next event a very special moment.

SANDWICHES
The Sandwich Platter
  • We start with a wide selection of fresh breads, buns and wraps offering both white and whole grain. Our sandwiches are filled with our slow roasted beef, turkey, Virginia ham, tuna, old fashioned egg salad and Mediterranean vegetable wraps. Gluten free options available!​
​Texas Barbecue Beef
  • Slow roasted in our special BBQ sauce, served with fresh kaisers.
Grilled Vegetable Wrap
  • Grilled vegetables with hummus, quinoa, spinach and feta served
    in a fresh whole wheat and white wrap.
Grilled Chicken Wrap
  • Choose from Greek, Caesar, or Buffalo.

PASTAS
Triple Cheese Tortellini
  • Tri-coloured tortellini served with marinara or parmesan cream sauce.​
Penne with Italian Sausage or Grilled Vegetables
  • Penne tossed with Italian sausage or grilled vegetables in a spicy
    tomato sauce.
Spicy Thai Noodle
  • A thin rice noodle with teriyaki sauce, spicy beef, broccoli, red
    peppers and toasted sesame seeds.
California Pasta
  • Penne pasta is tossed with grilled chicken, sun dried tomatoes,
    roasted garlic, roasted red peppers and finished with olive oil and
    herb sauce.
Korean Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry
  • Served with noodles or traditional fried rice.
Chicken or Pork Souvlaki
  • Boneless chicken or pork marinated in olive oil, oregano, garlic
    and fresh lemon juice. Served with rice pilaf. ​

Salads
​Caesar Salad
  • ​Fresh romaine lettuce tossed with classic Caesar dressing and finished with double-smoked bacon, house made croutons, and freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
​Caprese Salad
  • Fresh organic mixed greens, grape tomatoes, baby bocconcini cheese, yellow peppers, and tossed gently with our house made basil vinaigrette.​
Greek Salad
  • Fresh romaine lettuce tossed with house made Greek dressing and garnished with grape tomatoes, cucumber, and feta cheese. ​
Summer Salad
  • Mixed greens lightly tossed with our orange Grand Marnier vinaigrette and garnished with seasonal berries, candied pecans, and fresh goat cheese (optional).
Mediterranean Boneless Chicken
  • Pan-seared grain fed chicken and oven-roasted to keep the
    chicken moist and tender. Choose from our Mediterranean herb
    sauce or slow simmered marinara sauce made exclusively with
    San Marzano tomatoes and fresh basil. Served with your choice
    of penne pasta or our classic rice pilaf and seasonal vegetables.
    Freshly rolls and butter.
​Chicken Parmesan
  • Grain fed boneless breast lightly breaded topped with our
    homemade marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Served with
    your choice of pasta and fresh bread and butter.
Fresh Atlantic Salmon
  • Choose from classic lemon dill butter sauce, orange chili glaze, or cucumber yogurt lime sauce.
Classic " AAA" Roast Beef Carvery
  • Herb and Dijon-crusted boneless triple A prime rib roast, slow roasted and hand carved for your guests. Served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes, infused with roasted shallots and garlic and accompanied by seasonal vegetables. Fresh rolls and butter.
​Korean Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry
  • Served with noodles or traditional fried rice.​​
Thai Coconut Chicken
  • Boneless Chicken marinated in a spicy Thai-coconut lime sauce. Grilled Mesquite Charcoal and Thinly Sliced. Garnished with slivered red and yellow sweet peppers, fresh cilantro, and snow peas. Served with either rice or noodles.​
Old Fashioned Meatloaf
  • We use only extra lean ground Angus beef and add a blend of fresh herbs and spices. Served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes and your choice of green salad and fresh crusty rolls.​

Mama Mia’ s Famous Lasagna
  • Layers of fresh pasta, homemade marinara sauce. Blend of 4 kinds of cheese and lean ground beef.
    …Substitute mushroom filling for a beautiful vegetarian option.
Tomato Basil Shrimp Linguine
  • Jumbo shrimps sauteed with fresh tomatoes, garlic onions fresh basil and finished with a splash of pinot grigio and fresh parmesan cheese.
​Bow tie (Farfalle) Pasta
  • Grain-fed boneless Chicken, pancetta, bell peppers, and broccoli florets. Lightly sauced with extra virgin olive oil, butter, garlic, and fresh herbs. Garnished with fresh parmesan cheese​
Mindfulness Garden Salad
  • A beautiful combination of salad greens, baby spinach, kale, broccoli, strawberries, blackberries, red onion, cranberries, and toasted cashews. Served with an avocado-lime vinaigrette.​

Jumbo Shrimp
  • ​Jumbo shrimp on a bed of lettuce served with a chili lime aioli.
​Pinwheels of Smoked Salmon
  • Smoked salmon, with a dill cream cheese filling served on pumpernickel rounds.
​Piri Piri Chicken Nacho Cups
  • ​Spicy Piri Piri grilled chicken, mixed with a hot, spicy mayonnaise, garnished with red pepper, green onions, and toasted sesame seeds.
​Classic Bruschetta
  • Freshly chopped tomatoes with garlic and fresh parsley and finished with parmesan risotto cheese.
​Charcuterie Brochettes
  • Skewers of classic charcuterie items including assorted cheese, Italian sliced meats ,grape tomatoes and olives.

Hot Hors D'Oeuvres
Beef Tenderloin
  • Thinly sliced beef tenderloin grilled, topped with sautéed shitake mushrooms, sweet vidalia onions, and finished under the broiler with swiss gruyere cheese. ​
Curried Coconut Chicken
  • Bite sized boneless chicken oven baked in a curried coconut sauce served on a skewer with fresh Naan bread and garnished with toasted coconut and fresh cilantro.
Pot Stickers
  • Served with lime chilli, soy glaze
​Chicken and Beef Satays
  • Boneless chicken or beef marinated in a spicy Thai chili sauce grilled and garnished with toasted sesame seeds.​
​Sesame honey garlic beef satays
  • ​AAA sirloin beef marinated in hoisin base glaze grilled and finished with toasted sesame seeds.
Lobster Nachos
  • Individual nacho cups filled with fresh Atlantic lobster, assorted cheeses, re pepper, green onion, and finished with a squeeze of lime juice.
​Thai Shrimp
  • Jumbo shrimp sautéed or grilled in a firey garlic chilli sauce finished with fresh cilantro.
​Pan Fried Quesadillas
  • Monterey jack with chipotle grilled chicken, sun-dried tomato with feta, broccoli and other choices.​​

  • Asian style spicy chicken or pork meatballs with spicy plum bbq glaze​ ​
Hors D’oeuvres parties start at $40 per person, based on a selection of 7-8 varieties cold or hot. Minimum of 40 persons. Service time 2 – 2.5 hours max. ​
